Return and Exchange Eligibility:

  1. Time Frame: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  2. Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, in good & resalable condition, and in their original packaging. Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage do not qualify for a return or exchange. All original tags, labels, free gifts and accessories must be included.

NOTE: DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS, EARRINGS CAN NOT BE RETURN OR EXHANGE.

Return and Exchange Process:

  1. Initiate a Return or Exchange: To begin the return or exchange process, please contact our customer service team at info@sabzkhan.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our team will provide you with a return authorization if your request meets our criteria.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all components, accessories, free gifts and documentation. Ensure the item is protected to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Shipping the Return or Exchange: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds:

  1. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. This process may take up to 3 business days from the date we receive your return.
  2. Refund Amount: Approved returns will be refunded for the same amount as the order paid, excluding the original delivery cost. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that we do not refund the cost of original shipping or handling.
  3. Processing Time: After approval, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:

  1. Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or another product, please follow the return process for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item. The new order will be processed and shipped once the return is received and approved.
  2. Exchange Conditions: The item you wish to exchange must meet the same return criteria: unworn, in good condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Important Notes:

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including but not limited to personalized products, final sale items, gift cards and earrings for the safety purposes.
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring that return shipments are adequately packaged and protected. We recommend insuring return packages for the value of the items being returned.
